1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Lipochat, including lipochat.com, the embeddable chat widget, web panel, and related apps. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Lipochat provides live chat software for websites and teams. Features may include:

• Website chat widget and visitor messaging
• Team inbox, agents, and saved replies
• AI Assist knowledge replies (on eligible plans)
• Billing, funds, subscriptions, and invoices
• Companion apps for Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows

Available features depend on your active plan and whether billing is current.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, unlawful sharing, or harm to visitors or the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lipochat to:

• Spam, harass, phish, or distribute malware
• Scrape visitors or collect data unlawfully
• Place the widget on websites you do not control or lack permission to modify
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

5. Trials, Plans & Billing

New accounts may receive a time-limited Starter trial. Paid plans (Basic / Professional) are purchased from account balance. You may choose billing lengths of 30, 180, or 365 days. Renewing the same plan extends the existing expiry by the selected days and keeps the original plan start date.

• Fund requests require admin verification of your payment reference
• Plan purchases and fund credits appear under Transactions
• Transactional emails may be sent from noreply@lipochat.com

6. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but provide the service “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance or hosting issues may temporarily affect chat delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

Lipochat software, branding, and site content remain our property. You retain rights to your chat content and website materials. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lipochat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Lipochat anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment after trial/plan expiry, or legal requirements. After expiry, panel access may be limited to billing pages until you renew.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
