What is Lipochat?
Lipochat is a live chat system for websites. Add a chat widget, talk to visitors in real time, manage conversations in one inbox, and optionally use AI Assist for common questions.
How do I get started?
Create a free account, confirm your email from noreply@lipochat.com, add a website in the panel, paste the widget script on your site, and start chatting from Inbox or the apps.
Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. New accounts get a 7-day Starter trial with 1 website and 1 agent seat. No credit card is required to start. After the trial ends, add funds and buy a paid plan to keep service on.
What’s the difference between Basic ($15) and Professional ($40)?
Basic supports up to 5 websites and 10 agents with AI Assist and team features. Professional supports up to 50 websites and 50 agents, plus advanced analytics, channel connect, and priority support. You can renew for 30, 180, or 365 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
Add Fund from Subscription using Card (Stripe), PayPal, or Crypto (Crypnio). Successful payments credit your balance automatically, appear in Transactions, and send a confirmation email.
Can I upgrade or renew anytime?
Yes. On Subscription, choose Basic or Professional, pick 1 / 6 / 12 months (30 / 180 / 365 days), and pay from balance. Renewing the same plan keeps your start date and adds days to the current expiry.
How do I add the chat widget to my website?
Go to Websites, create a site, copy the Lipochat script, and paste it before </body> on WordPress, Wix, React, Shopify, or any custom HTML site.
Can I customize the chat bubble?
Yes. Change launcher style (circle, pill, bar, glow), brand color, greeting, and stickers in Website settings with a live preview.
What visitor information does Lipochat show?
Agents can see country/flag, city when available, browser, OS, current page, traffic source/referrer, and IP — plus the chat messages themselves.
Can multiple agents manage the same website?
Yes. Invite members under Members. They share your account inbox within your plan limits and can join/reply from web or apps.
Does the widget work on mobile?
Yes. The widget is responsive on mobile browsers. Your team can also reply from Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows apps.
How does AI Assist Chat work?
Add Q&A knowledge under AI Assist Chat. Matching visitor questions can get faster helpful replies so humans focus on complex chats. Included on Basic and Professional.
Is my data secure?
Accounts use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and authenticated panel access. Chat data is scoped to your account. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
